Releone opens commercially on March 9, 2027. Until then, a small circle of patrons funds the founding 1,000 jars, the first photoshoot, the OU certification audit, and the launch table in New York. Why patronage, not crowdfunding
Three reasons this isn't charity — and isn't equity.
Releone is a for-profit New York LLC. Donations are not tax-deductible. Patrons are not equity holders. What you receive is access, recognition, and a real product — sooner, closer, and more personally than any other path into the brand.

A real value exchange.
Every tier returns something tangible — jars, dinner seats, signed labels, founder time. We honor what we promise. The numbers below are minimums, not subscription fees.

Crypto for a reason.
Releone's network is international — US, EU, Israel, GCC. Stablecoins and BTC settle faster than wire, with less friction across jurisdictions, and align with how our founder already moves capital across markets.

No equity. No return.
This is patronage in the Florentine sense — supporting a thing because it should exist, not because you expect dividends. The thing you receive is the thing itself, and a place at its founding.

Is this tax-deductible?
No. Releone LLC is a for-profit New York entity, not a 501(c)(3) charity. Patron contributions are non-deductible gifts in exchange for products, access, and recognition. Consult your tax advisor before treating any transfer as a charitable contribution — it isn't one.
Do patrons receive equity, tokens, or financial returns?
No equity. No tokens. No expected financial return. This is patronage in the historical sense — supporting a thing because it should exist. The thing you receive is the product, the experiences, and the recognition. Anyone offering a return on a Releone "investment" is misrepresenting us — please report it to brandonjsellam@releone.io.
Is this refundable?
Cryptocurrency transfers are non-refundable by network design. If we cannot deliver a tier benefit (e.g., a launch dinner is cancelled), we will offer a substitute or, in extraordinary cases, a stablecoin refund at the original USD-equivalent. Send only what you're prepared to give.
How do I know the wallet addresses are authentic?
The three addresses on this page are signed and posted in three places: here, on Releone's verified Instagram @releone.io, and on Brandon's LinkedIn. All three should match exactly. If any differ, do not send — email brandonjsellam@releone.io immediately.
Can I send a chain not listed here?
Email Brandon first at brandonjsellam@releone.io. We can support most major chains on a one-off basis (Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Avalanche, Tron, etc.) but only with a coordinated address — sending to the wrong wallet is unrecoverable.
Will my contribution show up publicly on chain?
Yes — every public blockchain shows the sending and receiving wallet. We never publish your wallet address. Your name on the Releone ledger is whatever you choose: full name, initials, or anonymous.
What if I just want to send a one-off thank-you, no benefits?
Send and skip the form. We'll see it on chain. We won't trace you, we won't email you, and we'll be quietly grateful. Patrons who want benefits use the form; patrons who want nothing in return don't have to.
Important disclosures
Not a securities offering. Releone Founding Patron contributions are not securities, equity, debt, or investment contracts. They confer no ownership, voting rights, dividends, or claim on Releone LLC's profits, assets, or governance.
Not tax-deductible. Releone LLC is a for-profit entity registered in New York. Contributions are not charitable donations under IRC §170 or any equivalent jurisdiction. Consult a qualified advisor.
Non-refundable. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Always verify the destination address (start and end characters) before broadcasting. Releone cannot recover funds sent to incorrect addresses or wrong chains.
Sanctions & KYC. Releone reserves the right to refuse or return contributions from sanctioned jurisdictions or wallets flagged by chain-analytics partners. Founder-tier patrons ($1,000+) may be asked for light KYC for compliance.
Jurisdiction. Releone LLC is governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Disputes resolved in New York County. By contributing, you affirm you are 18+, the funds are lawfully yours, and your jurisdiction permits cryptocurrency contributions of this nature.
