A quiet manifesto
The Mediterranean canned its anchovies in salt because it had to. The Iberian coast packed its tuna in oil because the boats were small. The North Atlantic smoked its sardines because the season was short.

You buy what you can see. No metallic taste, no oxygen migration, no claim that needs trust to verify. Glass is more expensive, slower to fill, harder to ship — and worth every cent of it.
Releone is pursuing OU full-line certification through the Orthodox Union — the oldest and strictest mark in kosher food. Not because we expect every customer to need it, but because the discipline of OU production is what produces a clean glass jar of fish. Certificate IDs publish before delivery in March 2027.

Releone is not a launch. It is a sequence. Each pillar earns the next. Food earns the wardrobe. Wardrobe earns the spirits. Spirits earn the eau-de-vie. Each one funded out of the cash flow of the prior — no compounding venture round, no exit pressure, no shareholder with a five-year clock.
Limited Founder's Edition kits ship to the first 1,000 patrons. Each kit registered on Algorand mainnet — Ed25519 at launch, with dual-signature Year-2 upgrade to native Falcon-1024 (AVM v12 opcode) plus off-chain ML-DSA-65 (NIST FIPS 204) attestation. Funds the FDA-compliant facility build and the founding-jar production run.

Every Releone jar carries a unique cryptographic certificate registered on Algorand mainnet, signed today using Ed25519 (Algorand's native scheme). Year-2 introduces a dual-signature upgrade: Falcon-1024 on-chain via Algorand's AVM v12 native falcon_verify opcode, complemented by ML-DSA-65 off-chain (NIST FIPS 204, finalized August 2024) embedded in the IPFS-pinned certificate of authenticity. The certificate doesn't depend on Releone surviving — anyone, at any future time, can verify your jar at allo.info/asset/3548800384 (the Genesis cert) without ever talking to Releone. That's what cryptographic provenance means in practice: assurance rooted in computational-hardness assumptions, removing the requirement to trust us.

From the Italian — "re" (king) + "leone" (lion). New York Italian-American etymology. The brand mark is a single uppercase Roman lion in profile. Brandon J. Sellam, the founder, is American with deep Mediterranean roots. The tagline "The luxury was the kept word" is the brand's whole thesis: heritage made accessible without dilution — provenance, not price, is what the customer is paying for.
