Releone is raising under Regulation D, Rule 506(c). The rule permits general solicitation but requires that all purchasers be verified accredited investors. The Capital Plan contains material non-public information — comparable transactions, founder-led pricing, NOM and supply-chain partner identities, supplier economics, and the Releone treasury wallet structure — which we do not publish openly. Verification + NDA before access protects both the brand and the investor.
What the verification covers
Identity
Legal name, primary email, jurisdiction, entity type. Pattern-matched against disposable-email and known-fraud signals.
Accreditation
Self-attestation under Reg D 506(c) — income, net-worth, or licensed professional. AI-screened for plausibility before approval.
NDA
Mutual confidentiality, 5-year term, New York governing law. Full text shown inline. Scroll-to-bottom enforced.
Signature
Typed legal name, IP, browser fingerprint, server-recorded timestamp. Hash committed on Algorand mainnet for provenance.
How your data is handled
- TLS 1.3 in transit; HSTS preloaded; HTTP/3 where available. The form data never crosses an unencrypted hop.
- The signed NDA hash (SHA-256 of RFC 8785 canonicalized JSON form data + signature) is committed to Algorand mainnet — Ed25519 native at launch, with a Year-2 dual-signature upgrade to native Falcon-1024 (AVM v12 opcode) on-chain plus ML-DSA-65 (NIST FIPS 204) off-chain. We can prove you signed; we can't alter what you signed.
- A long-horizon deep-archive anchor — candidate: QRL (Quantum Resistant Ledger, NIST SP 800-208 hash-based XMSS signatures) — is on the Year-2 roadmap and not yet active.
- Personal data (name, email, attestation) stored encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with per-record nonces.
- The Capital Plan PDF is watermarked with the signer's name and a unique download token. Each download is logged to immutable storage.
- One-time access link expires after 7 days or 3 downloads, whichever comes first.
- No marketing list. No retargeting pixels. No third-party JavaScript on this page beyond Plausible privacy-first analytics. Pinata, Algonode, FormSubmit are the only third-party endpoints contacted by this site.
- Data subject rights (deletion, portability, copy) honored within 7 business days at brandonjsellam@releone.io.
